As soon as I have received your order, I will send you your quote that you will validate it by indicating the mention "Good for agreement", the date and signature by return mail.
Then, Loïc will take care of the realization of your sets.
When 80% of the order will be molded, I will notify you to make payment.
As far as the delay is concerned, it is best to allow a maximum period of 15 days after you have confirmed your agreement to receive your package.
After you have delivered your package, you will automatically receive the tracking number on the invoice that will be sent to you by email.
In order to protect the environment and keep costs down, we use recycled packaging for packing parcels. So far, everything has gone well without any problems.
